Description

Ulike Packaging manufactures pet waste bag rolls for pet retailers, e-commerce sellers and private-label brands, with in-house film blowing, printing, folding and roll converting. Producing the film ourselves lets us control film thickness, tear performance and color consistency across the whole run, which matters when a pet bag has to stay leak-free on a wet, sharp piece of waste.

The two color construction is the practical part: green on the outside with an orange inner core, so one roll serves both everyday pickups and the heavier messes, and the inner color is visible the moment the bag is opened on a roll. Each roll runs on a paper core with perforation lines, so a bag tears off cleanly with one hand, and the printed paw logo sticker makes the product recognizable on shelf.

Standard output is a 23 x 33cm bag on a 3cm x 6cm roll, packed twelve rolls per shrink-wrapped carton for efficient warehouse and retail handling. Custom sizes, roll counts, logo artwork and matching dispenser bags with carabiners can be developed together with your order.

FAQ

Q: What does one roll of two colors mean?

A: Each roll is a dual-color film - green on the outside with an orange inner core - so the same roll handles light daily pickups and heavier pet waste, and the orange inner side is visible as soon as a bag is opened.

Q: Can I customize the logo, color and bag size?

A: Yes. We can print your own logo on the roll instead of the standard paw sticker, match film colors to your brand, and produce the bag in a custom size. Send your artwork and target dimensions for a quotation.

Q: Do you offer samples before mass production?

A: Yes. We supply a roll sample so you can check film thickness, tear perforation and logo placement before the bulk order. Sample cost is credited against your first production order.

Q: What is your MOQ and lead time?

A: MOQ starts at 20,000 rolls. Lead time is 12-15 days after artwork approval and deposit for standard rolls, and 20-25 days for new artwork and custom colors.

Q: Do you offer better pricing for larger orders?

A: Yes. Unit price improves with order volume, and mixed sizes or colors in one carton can still be quoted at a single rate. Tell us your target quantity and mix for a tiered quotation.
