Description

Ulike Packaging is a dedicated manufacturer of plastic packaging bags for importers, distributors and online pet brands. We run in-house blown film extrusion, bag making, printing and packing lines, which lets us control thickness, perforation and print registration from raw resin to the finished roll. Coreless rolls are produced on our own lines so the no-tube format is a real production feature rather than a resold format.

Our coreless pet poop bag rolls are made from PE film in 15-20 micron, which keeps the roll soft enough to dispense smoothly while staying tear and leak resistant in wet or cold weather. Bags are perforated on a fixed interval so one bag tears off cleanly with one hand, and every roll carries a printed sticker that can carry your brand, a corn graphic or your own artwork. The matching bone-shape dispenser clip with carabiner clips straight onto a leash, and both the clip and the bag can be customized to your brand.

Because we control extrusion and printing in-house, we can adjust film thickness, roll length, number of bags per roll and number of print colors to fit your market, and we support OEM and ODM programs for brands, pet stores, kennels and promotional gift suppliers.

FAQ

Q: Can you produce truly coreless rolls without a cardboard tube?

A: Yes. We extrude and wind coreless rolls on our own production lines, so there is no cardboard core in the finished product. This lowers packing volume and freight cost compared with core rolls.

Q: What are the available sizes and thicknesses?

A: The standard size shown is 23 x 33 cm with 6.2 cm roll width in 15-20 micron PE film. Custom sizes, thicknesses and roll lengths are available, and we can recommend the spec to match your target market.

Q: Do you offer samples before bulk production?

A: Yes. We can supply sample rolls so you can check film thickness, perforation, printing and dispensing performance, plus a production-ready mock-up of the bone-shape dispenser clip. Sample cost is credited against the bulk order.

Q: How do you confirm the artwork and print colors?

A: We send a digital proof and a physical print sample for your approval before the production run. You can supply your own artwork file, or our team can prepare artwork for you. We confirm print color and sticker position with a signed sample.

Q: What is your lead time and can I get a better price in larger volume?

A: For standard specs, lead time is 12-15 days after artwork confirmation and deposit, 25-30 days for custom tooling or new film dies. Volume pricing applies from 20,000pcs upward, with further discounts on repeat and larger orders.
