Description

Continuous roll garbage bags are the format most distributors ask for, because the customer pulls one bag at a time and never handles a loose bag. Ulike Packaging produces these bags on our own blown-film and bag-making lines as a continuous perforated roll, so the bag count per roll and the perforation pitch are set to your specification rather than cut from a standard stock roll. We supply three core sizes, 50 x 70 cm, 70 x 90 cm and 80 x 110 cm, and build other widths and lengths on request.

The film is a heavy-duty black PE made from recycled material, which keeps the cost down for high-volume waste streams without losing the strength that matters in service. Ten bags per roll, with a printed PE sleeve over each roll so the product stays clean and the branding faces the shopper on the shelf. The sleeve is where your brand does the work: logo, colour band, size and capacity marking, barcode and the local-language instructions can all be printed to match your market.

Because we control the film and the printing in the same factory, the colour band on the sleeve can be tied to the bag size, which makes it easy for staff to pick the right roll in a busy back-of-house area. MOQ starts at 20,000 bags, and a typical order is completed within 12-15 days after the printing proof is approved, with the packed rolls photographed before dispatch.

FAQ

Q: What sizes are available and can you build a custom width?

A: The standard range is 50 x 70 cm, 70 x 90 cm and 80 x 110 cm, with 10 bags per roll. Other widths, lengths, bag counts per roll and perforation pitch can be produced on our lines once the volume justifies the setup, so send us the size your bin needs and we will confirm what is practical.

Q: How do I order a printed sleeve with my own branding?

A: Send us your artwork file and we will return a printing proof for approval, then a quotation covering the sleeve printing and the bag film. The sleeve can carry your logo, a size colour band, the bag count, a barcode and local-language instructions, which keeps your brand visible right up to the moment the bag is used.

Q: Are the bags made from recycled material and does that affect strength?

A: Yes, the film is produced from recycled material. The recycled blend is an option we offer because it lowers the resin cost for high-volume waste streams. For very heavy or sharp loads, we recommend specifying the heavier film grade, and we will advise on the right option once you tell us what the bag carries.

Q: What is the sample policy and lead time?

A: Existing samples can be sent free of charge, and a printed sample sleeve is normally ready within 5-7 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production takes 12-15 days once the sample and printing proof are signed off, plus 7-15 days for sea or air shipping. We send photos of the packed rolls before dispatch.

Q: Do you offer better pricing for larger orders?

A: Yes. Pricing depends on the film thickness, the size, the number of colors on the sleeve and the total order quantity. Larger volumes get a lower unit price, and repeat orders can reuse the printing plates to cut the setup cost. Tell us your monthly forecast and we will send a tiered price list.
