Description

Disposing of a used diaper is unpleasant precisely because it is messy and wet, and Ulike Packaging builds this product as one single folded item that solves both problems at the same time. The liner and the absorbent pad travel together: the pad is dropped into the potty chair or the travel toilet first, then the liner is fitted over it, so the moisture is captured under the bag instead of spreading. The pad is cotton-reinforced for absorbency, and it takes a large amount of water before it lets anything through.

Two models are produced from the same tooling concept. The baby model measures 45 x 30 cm with a 0.025 mm film and is packed 20 pieces per box, while the adult model measures 53 x 38 cm with a 0.038 mm film and is packed 15 pieces per box. Both use a green drawstring band across the top, so the bag is closed by pulling the ribbon and the contents are never touched by hand. The liners are delivered flat-folded, which means they stack neatly in a nappy bag, in a glove box, in a travel kit or on a ward shelf without taking up room.

The same liner works with universal potty chairs, portable travel toilets and bedpans, which is why it is sold into baby-care retail, travel and outdoor brands, and into home-care and elderly-care channels. We can print your artwork on the box and print on the liner itself. MOQ starts at 10,000 pieces and a typical order is completed within 12-15 days after the printing proof is approved.

FAQ

Q: What is included in one piece and how is it used?

A: Each piece is a single folded liner with one cotton-reinforced absorbent pad. Place the pad at the bottom of the potty chair, bedpan or portable toilet, pull the green drawstring to fit the liner over the bowl, then use and close the bag as usual. When it is full, pull the ribbon again to tie it and drop the whole thing into a bin.

Q: What is the difference between the baby model and the adult model?

A: The baby model measures 45 x 30 cm with a 0.025 mm film and is packed 20 pieces per box. The adult model measures 53 x 38 cm with a 0.038 mm film and is packed 15 pieces per box, which gives it more load capacity for heavier incontinence. Both use the same 13 x 13 cm absorbent pad and the same green drawstring band, so you can stock both from one supplier.

Q: How much can the absorbent pad hold before it leaks?

A: The pad is built for a large volume of water and is cotton-reinforced, which is what makes it reliable for a full diaper rather than a small spill. We supply the pad as part of the set so you never have to match it to the liner yourself. If you need a heavier-duty pad for heavy incontinence or overnight use, we can raise the specification accordingly.

Q: Can you customize the printing, packing and artwork?

A: Yes. The box artwork, colour, logo and even a print on the liner itself can be customized, and the bag count per box can be adjusted. Send us your artwork file and we will return a printing proof and a quotation. MOQ starts at 10,000 pieces, and repeat orders can reuse the printing plates to reduce the setup cost.

Q: What is the sample policy and the lead time?

A: Existing samples of both models can be sent free of charge, and a custom printed sample is normally ready within 5-7 working days after artwork approval. Bulk production takes 12-15 days once the sample and printing proof are signed off, plus 7-15 days for sea or air shipping. We send photos of the packed boxes before dispatch.
