Description

As a dedicated plastic bag manufacturer, Ulike Packaging produces 7-layer co-extruded garbage bags that use an EVOH high-barrier layer to hold odor molecules inside the film. Unlike bags that rely on fragrance or deodorizing spray to mask smells, this structure isolates odor physically, so the bin stays clean even when it carries fish bones, leftover food or soiled diapers. Every bag is blown from multi-layer coextrusion film on our own production lines, which keeps the barrier thickness and the film quality consistent from batch to batch.

Barrier performance is matched with practical strength. The 20um film is reinforced for heavy loads and resists punctures from bones, shells and sharp kitchen scraps, while the generous tie-top neck makes it easy to close with a single knot. Each bag carries an antibacterial surface treatment that slows bacterial growth and helps keep flies and mosquitoes away from food waste. The 500 x 600 mm size fits most 60L and larger pedal bins, and the wide opening allows a caregiver to change the liner with one hand.

Retailers and distributors can order the bag loose, in a printed 30-piece carton, or in a full private-label pack with their own artwork, barcode and inner bag. We support custom sizes, film thickness, color and box design, and our OEM and ODM team prepares a pre-production sample for approval before printing. MOQ starts at 20,000 pieces and a typical order is completed within 12-15 days after sample and printing confirmation.

FAQ

Q: Can you customize the size, thickness and printing of these odor barrier bags?

A: Yes. We customize bag size, film thickness, color, print colors and carton artwork. Artwork is normally printed in up to 4 colors on the retail box, and your logo can also be printed on the bag itself. Send us your drawing or a physical sample and we will return a quotation with the matching specification sheet.

Q: How does the EVOH barrier block odor compared with a normal garbage bag?

A: A standard PE bag only slows odor down, so smells still escape through the film. Our 7-layer co-extruded structure contains an EVOH high-barrier layer that physically blocks odor molecules from passing through, so the odor stays inside the bag until it is emptied. No fragrance or deodorizer is needed, which also means no added chemical smell competing with the contents.

Q: What is the sample policy and how long does sampling take?

A: Existing samples can be supplied free of charge, or we can make a custom sample within 5-7 working days. Custom samples normally carry a refundable printing or tooling fee that is offset against your first bulk order. Samples are shipped by courier with the tracking number, and you are also welcome to visit the factory to check the line in person.

Q: What is the lead time and how can I trust the order?

A: After the sample and printing proof are approved, bulk production takes 12-15 days, plus 7-15 days for sea or air shipping. You receive photos and a short video of the running line before shipment, and the packed cartons are checked against the approved sample and specification before they leave the workshop.

Q: Do you offer better pricing for larger orders?

A: Yes. Pricing depends on order quantity, film thickness, size and print complexity. Larger volumes get a lower unit price, and repeat orders can reuse the existing printing plates to cut the setup cost. Tell us your annual forecast and we will send a tiered price list.
